Pan African financial institution, United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc has re-introduced weekend banking services for its customers’ convenience across board.
This is in line with the bank’s commitment to consistently put the needs of its customers first, while ensuring ease of transactions in the best way possible.
UBA’s Executive Director/Group Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Chukwuma Nweke, who announced this in on Friday, said the bank had a variety of service offerings to customers in its Saturday banking portfolio, which he explained has been specifically tailored to meet their unique desires.
He said, “We are happy to announce that UBA is now offering Saturday banking in select branches across the nation to meet our customers’ basic needs.”
The service which will be offered in key select branches between 10am and 4pm across the country, will offer its teeming customers services such as Cash deposit, withdrawals, funds transfers, ATM, account opening, Moneygram and Western Union services among others.
In Lagos for instance, UBA branches in Daleko, Fatai Atere, Computer Village, Okokomaiko, Idumota, and a host of others will be offering this service to customers.
Apart from the weekend banking in branches, customers can also continue to enjoy existing online and offline services offered by the bank to assist transactions, including *919#, LEO on facebook and Whatsapp, UBA Mobile and UBA Internet banking, e.t.c.
